Print orders- Customers in US
Sorry but at this time we are unable to accept credit cards for payment. Checks or Money Orders only please do not send cash. Make checks payable to: Pat Cherry
Payments for prints and postage must be received in full before orders can be sent to any customers. Please ensure that all details of your order are correct. For immediate confirmation of orders, include your email address.

Print orders - Customers outside US 
Sorry but at the this time we are unable to accept credit cards for payment. Payment by check, in US dollars only. Do not send cash or postal orders. Please make checks payable to Pat Cherry. Payments for prints and shipping must be received in full before orders can be sent to any customer. Please ensure your order is correct. Please email Black Heart Art for shipping costs before ordering. Any incorrect payment received for prints ordered will be returned immediately with full explanation of the problem. No orders will be sent until correct payment is received.

Delivery- For prints. Please allow 14 days for delivery (inside US). Delivery times outside US may vary.

Black Heart Art reserves the right to amend prices and remove any item from sale without prior notice.

Custom Caricatures/Commissions- For a free no obligation quote, please send me your ideas either by mail or using the email address, both found in the contact section.
Personalized art work or any commissioned art work will be completed on first come first serve basis. All commissions or special orders will take preference over additions to the standard caricature side profile collection. Black Heart Art reserves the right to display any commissioned, or personalized art work for advertising purposes.

Any art work representing an individual, focuses on the personal, physical aspects of that individual. Black Heart Art will not be held responsible for any offence taken by the production of a personalized artwork or caricature artwork. It is the responsibility of the customer making the original order to notify the artist of any areas that are likely to cause offense regarding the individual in the art work. 

Payment for Commissioned art work- Payment by check only. Please make checks payable to Pat Cherry. Once the final price has been quoted a 50% deposit will be required up-front, plus written confirmation of art work go-ahead, either by email or by letter. The remaining 50% plus shipping costs are to be paid upon confirmation of the completion of the art work. All commissioned art not paid for, or refused upon completion of the project, become sole property of Black Heart Art and the artist. The customer forfeits their 50% deposit.

Shipping for original commissions - Shipping to destinations outside the US will vary and will be advised at completion of art. Postage for original artwork in the US is free. Delivery will be arranged with customer upon completion of the job.

Customers may be liable for additional charges by individual countries customs/ tax department at destinations outside US. Black Heart Art has no authority and assumes no responsibility for any of these charges made to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that these extra charges are settled with the appropriate authorities.

Personal photographs - Any photographic material lent by the customer for use as reference by Black Heart Art, during the production of any commissioned art work will be copied electronically and kept as reference. Customers photographs will not be reproduced and displayed in public for any reason (including advertising) unless permission has been obtained in writing by the owner. Copies of customers photographs will neither be lent or sold to any individual or organization whatsoever. Copies of customers photographs may be used in the artists portfolio for the use of private viewing by potential clients.

Return of reference material - All original reference material, photographic or otherwise, will be returned to the customer along with the completed personalized artwork.
Black Heart Art reserves the right to produce in limited numbers prints of "personalized" standard side profile caricature art works for sale to the public. Standard refers to aircraft that appear in there working/ service colors and markings, and that although caricatured, have no additional extras or changes made to the basic airframe other then what would be seen or is known to be used by any operator in the real world. Black Heart Art also reserves the right to produce a limited number of prints for sale to the public of any commissioned art work, with the permission of the individual ordering the art work. 

Copyright - All artwork remains copyright of Black Heart Art and the artist.

Frames - All artwork is supplied unframed.

All items, including original artworks, and commissions are non-refundable.
